We are delighted to announce that, after a thorough inspection yesterday, our wonderful Catering Department has successfully retained their Food Hygiene rating at the highest level of 5. The Catering Team works hard at Lockers Park not only providing delicious meals throughout the day but also the fabulous match teas and special themed night suppers plus, of course, running cooking sessions with the boarders.
As well as focusing on food safety and providing tasty food, Fay Eliot, our Catering Manager, has recently been working with the Senior Management Team to reassess all the menus to ensure a continued emphasis on healthy eating.
