At Lockers Park we have some incredibly clever teachers. Mr Bowker is a case in point. Most pupils know him as a Latin/History teacher, but he has a hidden talent. He is fascinated by weather and especially clouds. This isn’t just a secret passion – he is on the Editorial Board for the Royal Meteorological Society’s magazine “Weather”. https://www.rmets.org/resources/weather. Today he shared his knowledge of clouds with our Year 6s’. After his talk there was a quiz with the pupils having to identify clouds from pictures. Ray was particularly pleased as he correctly identified one cloud that Mr Iqbal got slightly wrong. Very many thanks to Mr Bowker for his fascinating talk.
