As part of their ‘Lands of Ice and Snow’ topic, Year 1 have been experimenting with how to melt ice. After watching a time-lapsed demonstration given by Ms Lewis involving ice lollies, pupils completed their own experiments, observing that salt and hot water came out on top for melting ice the quickest!
