Not only are we one of the Happiest Boarding schools (Muddy Stilettos 2023) surely we are one of the greenest too! Our boarders are involved in many of the outdoor learning and forest school activities we host as part of our daily school life.
They also have a chance to be involved in the environmental initiatives led by Mr (DT) Phillips, Director of Outdoor Learning which have won us the Green Apple Award, Eco-Schools Green Flag Award with Distinction and the Green Tree Platinum Award’ from the Woodland Trust for The Shrubs.
Mr and Mrs Newman, the Boarding Parents, make sure the Boarders get involved in lots of fun outdoor activities and trips. This Sunday, our boys will be visiting Ashridge Estate, our local National Trust site.
