The first day back is always exciting and today was no exception. For some, it was their first day at school, with an awful lot to find out. Kavin explored the shrubs, along with the rest of the pre-prep pupils, as he embarked on a scavenger hunt. This came to an abrupt halt when one of the boys heard a woodpecker. With some careful listening and observation we eventually spotted it – a great spotted woodpecker, very keen for lunch! If you look very carefully you might see it in the tree photo (it looks very like a branch!).
