It is most unusual for Lockers Park to be doing X-Country in the summer term, in fact we think it is a first. The problem was that when we had this event scheduled last term it snowed and was -3, so we postponed it. In many ways we picked the right day – not too hot with a damp drizzle to keep the runners cool (less pleasant for the spectators!). Those who ran put in a valiant effort. Well done to Dylan who won the U9 event, to Toby who came first in the U11 race and to Harvey who dominated the U13s. Also very well done to Beatty, the Set X-Country overall winners.
